At this time we are not accepting single properties for management.

At Shamrock, we aren't just property managers - we are asset managers. While we excel at the day-to-day handling of tenant issues, maintenance, and operations, we think like investors when it comes to your properties. Our goal is to help maximize the value in your investment portfolio - both today and down the road.  We can assist you with evaluating your current portfolio, planning long-term preventive maintenance and capital improvements, and portfolio acquisition and disposition.

Financial services include the collection of security deposits and rents. All approved bills are paid promptly. Monthly statements reflecting the receipts and disbursements, including the paid bills, are audited and e-mailed or mailed to the client monthly and income is direct-deposited to the owner’s bank account at the end of each month.

Maintenance and repair services are handled by our trusted local vendors, independent contractors and handymen. For all major repairs or replacements, bids are obtained to determine the best value for our clients. Our focus is to keep costs low for our owners while maintaining the quality of the properties for long-term occupancy.

Tenants are carefully screened for credit worthiness and ability to pay rent. Our leasing agents do a thorough walk-through for every move-in and move-out.
